The omnicalendar lists nationwide (and some worldwide) media- and publishing-related conferences, webinars, and other events of interest to those who work in publishing, communications, journalism, and related fields, with a focus on events for self-employed editorial freelancers in Illinois and the Chicago metro area.

PRO TIP: Because of the number of listings, the calendar is easier to navigate using the Agenda layout (click on the top, right-most tab). You can then search the calendar by scrolling down several weeks or months and using your browser’s Find function (Ctrl+F on PCs; Cmd+F on Macs). Illinois events are shown in teal.
