  • 7-Figure Biz. In association with the New York Public Library, author and journalist Elaine Pofeldt is hosting a series of monthly conversations with seven-figure entrepreneurs. Held the second Monday of each month, February’s installment is “How Entrepreneurs Generate 7-Figure Sales for Their Tiny Businesses.” Pofeldt is the author of The Million-Dollar, One-Person Business and Tiny Business, Big Money.
  • App That. The folks at Creative Boom compiled a list of 51 apps that may help freelancers cut down on admin time. From project and task management to legal and accounting services, there’s an app for that.
  • Not Wasted. A new COVID tracking site tests for the virus in Illinois wastewater from 75 sites. The Illinois Wastewater Surveillance System hopes to “help inform personal decisions on pandemic precautions.” If only we could test for bad clients or negative people so easily.
